The successful candidate will work within a high performing team and build relationships with business clients and healthcare professionals across the healthcare sector, understanding and matching their needs and providing a quality service.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Competitive Salary

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting new candidates through the registration process and ensuring that all healthcare professionals are complaint to work
  • Service management: compliance, administration, maintaining records and systems
  • Building relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
  • To generate new business and maximise existing business potential
  • Adhere to strict compliance guidelines

General Duties

  • To assist in administrative duties
  • To assist with ad-hoc projects, campaigns and assignments as required;
  • To perform any other reasonable duties from time to time as requested by management

Personell Specification

Essential Requirements:

  • On year’s previous experience in a sales or recruitment role and have good relationship building and business development skills
  • Educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as an effective team member, adopting a collaborative approach to the achievement of team objectives
  • Good communication both verbal and written
  • Candidates must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to self development
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office packages

Desirable requirements:

  • Third-level qualification
  • Previous experience in a healthcare recruitment role
