Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting new candidates through the registration process and ensuring that all healthcare professionals are complaint to work
- Service management: compliance, administration, maintaining records and systems
- Building relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
- To generate new business and maximise existing business potential
- Adhere to strict compliance guidelines
General Duties
- To assist in administrative duties
- To assist with ad-hoc projects, campaigns and assignments as required;
- To perform any other reasonable duties from time to time as requested by management
Personell Specification
Essential Requirements:
- On year’s previous experience in a sales or recruitment role and have good relationship building and business development skills
- Educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent
- Demonstrate the ability to work as an effective team member, adopting a collaborative approach to the achievement of team objectives
- Good communication both verbal and written
- Candidates must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to self development
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Efficient in Microsoft Office packages
Desirable requirements:
- Third-level qualification
- Previous experience in a healthcare recruitment role
